Vintage Policies and FAQs
All Vintage/Pre-Loved Sales (including jewelry and accessories) Are Final. However, please contact us if you have any issues with your vintage garment.
Excellent: No noticeable flaws.
Very Good or Good: May have a few little holes/snags, small stains and discoloration that cannot be repaired but are not noticeable and do not impact the wearability of the garment. May also have minor repairs that can be made at buyers discretion.
Poor: Very Fragile. Flawed beyond repair. Study piece.
Some items have been dry cleaned, washed and/or repaired and will be stated on the listing. As stated above some items cannot be repaired and/or risk greater damage if dry cleaning and repair are attempted. If you have purchased an item that we have deemed unrepairable and has not been dry cleaned but feel that it can be dry cleaned and/or repaired, you are welcome to do so at your own risk. If you do plan on attempting to repair/dry clean a garment that we have deemed Poor, please use a professional who is knowledgeable on the upkeep and preservation of antique/vintage clothing.
Determining the condition of a garment will be done at our own discretion. We try our best to list all flaws however, sometimes we may miss some. No worries. If we accidentally miss a flaw, please contact us.

Modern Policies and FAQs
Modern clothing and home decor/art can be returned for a refund. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the garment and items must be returned within 7 days. Buyer pays return shipping. We Do Not accept exchanges.
Please take note of the following before initiating a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Pierced jewelry and sunglasses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and are non-refundable
- Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed
- Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Shoes must be tried on indoors
- Items must have all tags attached
How long will it take to receive your refund:
After we have received your return, it can take up to 7 days for your refund to show in your account depending on your bank's processing time. The refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order. Once we have processed your refund, you will get an email from us stating so. If you've waited more than 14 days with no email from us then please get in touch by going to the 'Contact Us' page.
If returning more than one order, please keep each order separate as it makes life much simpler! Each return request should include an order number.
